N. Mohammad recently organized a two-day Sales Meeting for Polymer and Pipe & Fittings Concerns focused on performance evaluation, stronger leadership and future sales growth. The meeting brought together Sales Executives, Area Sales Managers, Divisional Sales Managers and senior sales leadership. It provided a platform to review performance, discuss market challenges and align the entire team toward shared goals.

Reviewing Performance with Purpose
A detailed performance analysis was conducted for SEs, ASMs, DSMs and the AGM of the Pipe & Fittings concern. The review covered individual performance, territory management, market coverage, communication practices and areas that required improvement. Leadership Guidance from the COO
The session was led by Mr. Aheduzzaman Masud, Chief Operating Officer of N. Mohammad Group.
