Position Overview
Job Description
A Senior Polymer Engineer develops, tests, and optimizes polymer materials, compounds, and manufacturing processes (e.g., extrusion, molding) to improve product performance. They lead R&D projects from lab-scale to commercialization, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and mentor junior staff, requiring a Ph.D. or Master’s in polymer science/engineering and 4–8+ years of experience.
